The magnetic shielding structure comprises a plurality of silicon steel sheetssuperposed together in a horizontal direction, wherein a single silicon steel sheet is arranged in a vertical direction, and a plurality of flat steel sheets are welded on the back surfaces of the plurality of silicon steel sheets at intervals; short guard frames are arranged at both ends of the plurality of silicon steel sheets, and long guard frames are arranged at both sides; the short guard frames and the long guard frames are wrapped on the plurality of silicon steel sheets in a circumferential direction to form a cuboid structure. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps:1) installing the long guard frames on a lamination tool, and then superposing the silicon steel sheets; 2) compressing after superposing the silicon steel sheets to the design requirement; 3) spot-welding the flat steel sheets according to the assembly position, and welding on the same surface of the magnetic shielding structure, and welding the short guard frames and the long guard frames respectively on the magnetic shielding structure in the circumferential direction at the same time. The vertical laminated ultra-long magnetic shielding structure and the manufacturing process thereof provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems of distortion and collapse of ultra-long sheets when superposed in the manufacturing of such magnetic shielding structure and the like.
