The method comprises the following steps of: spreading out a ready-made gauze net bag in a refrigerating chamber of the program temperature lowering instrument; uniformly putting a freezing and storing tube which contains samples in the gauze net bag and increasing counter weight steel balls; placing the tail end of a connecting rope outside the refrigerating chamber, and closing the cover of the refrigerating chamber of the program temperature lowering instrument; once the temperature in the refrigerating chamber is lowered to a predetermined value, lifting up the head of the knotted rope at the moment of opening the cover of the refrigerating chamber of the program temperature lowering instrument, and then rapidly lifting up the gauze net bag which wraps the freezing and storing tube and the counter weight steel balls together and putting into the liquid nitrogen container; adjusting the depth of the samples in the liquid nitrogen container on the basis of liquid nitrogen surface in the liquid nitrogen container, fixing the connecting rope onto a handle of the liquid nitrogen container, closing the cover of the liquid nitrogen container, and finishing the quick transferring of the frozen samples from the program temperature lowering instrument to the liquid nitrogen container. According to the device and the method provided by the invention, the transferring process of the frozen samples can be achieved by adopting ordinary medical gauze and string; the method is simple and feasible, and temperature recovery of the frozen samples during the transferring process is greatly reduced.
