The invention belongs to the technical field of marine monitoring and relates to a
wavelet buoy main wave direction calculation method based on trimming and heeling angle measurement
outlier correction. The method includes the following steps that: a set of continuous
raw data marked and measured by buoys is read, the data are divided into a plurality of individual wave periods according to an upper zero-
cross point, the total number of the individual wave periods and the
wave height of each
wave period are determined; the lower zero-
cross point of a single
wave period is found out, instantaneous
azimuth, trimming angle and heeling angle information at this moment is measured through a
buoy, the single wave direction of the period is obtained through calculation, and then all individual wave directions in the set of data are obtained through calculation; 360 degrees are divided into 16 angular intervals, the number of individual wave
waves appearing in each of the 16 angular intervalsis calculated, and a counting ratio is obtained; and the maximum
wave height data of each
wave period is calculated, and weighted vector averaging
processing is performed with the obtained maximum
wave height data adopted as a weight, and a main wave direction is calculated. The method has high accuracy.
