The invention discloses an aryl ruthenium complex, a preparation method and an application thereof. The aryl ruthenium complex is chemically named as monochlorinate-chlorine-thiophene-2-hydrazine carbothioamide-cymenoruthenium (II). The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1, dissolving RuCl3.xH2O and gamma-terpinene into ethanol, heating, refluxing and stirring for 6 hours to obtain a product A; 2, dissolving thiosemicarbazide and 2-formylthiophene together in methanol solution, heating to 70 DEG C for 3 hours, standing and separating to obtain 2-formylthiophene thiosemicarbazones; and 3, dissolving the products obtained in steps (1) and (2) into dichloromethane, heating to 45 DEG C, stirring and refluxing for 6 hours to obtain the monochlorinate-chlorine-thiophene-2-hydrazine carbothioamide-cymenoruthenium (II). The invention discloses a dinuclear organic metal ruthenium compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical name of the dinuclear organic metal ruthenium compound is di(p-hydroxy benzaldehyde) thiosemicarbazone dimethyl isopropylbenzene diruthenium dichloride (II). The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) dissolving RuCl3.xH2O and gamma-terpinene into ethanol and carrying out heating reflux and stirring for six hours to obtain a product A; 2) dissolving thiosemicarbazide and p-hydroxy benzaldehyde into ethanol solution, heating the solution to 80 DEG C, standing for four hours and precipitating out p-hydroxy benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone; and 3) dissolving the products obtained in the steps 1) and 2) into acetone, heating the solution to 45 DEG C and carrying out stirring and reflux for six hours to obtain the product-di(p-hydroxy benzaldehyde) thiosemicarbazone dimethyl isopropylbenzene diruthenium dichloride (II). The preparation method is simple and is low in cost; raw materials are easily available; and the obtained product is used for preparing the drugs for treating cancers and can be prepared into injections, tablets, pills, capsules, suspending agents or emulsion.

The invention uses Ligusticum chuanxiong volatile oil as a research object, and identifies 13 chemical components related to blood vessel activities (sabinene, gamma-terpinene, terpinolene, (-)-4-terpineol, 4-vinylguaiacol, alpha-selinene, (-)-spainulenol, (+)-spainulenol, 4-iodoindoline, n-butylidenephthalide, N-acetylphenylhydrazine, 4,5-dihydro-3-butylphthalide, and ligustilide), wherein ligustilide, 4,5-dihydro-3-butylphthalide, n-butylidenephthalide and (-)-4-terpineol are main components with blood vessel dilating effect in Ligusticum chuanxiong volatile oil. The identification method comprises the following steps: extracting volatile oil by steam distillation, analyzing chemical components of the volatile oil with GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy), detecting blood vessel dilating activity of the volatile oil, constructing a mathematical model between Ligusticum chuanxiong volatile oil chemical components and blood vessel dilating activity using data mining methods (LARS (least-angle regression) and LASSO (leastabsolute shrinkage and selection operator) regression algorithms), and analyzing the correlation between the components and the blood vessel dilating activity. The blood vessel dilating effective ingredients of the invention can be used for preparing blood vessel dilating medicines.

A method for trapping and killing the false-eye small green leafhopper by using mint volatiles

The invention provides a method for trapping and killing empoasca vitis by using mint volatile matter. The empoasca vitis is used as test insects, six kinds of volatile matter of mint plants are used as smell sources, the six kinds of volatile matter comprise cis-3-hexenyl acetate, 3-octanone, caryophyllene, alpha-phellandrene, eucalyptol and gamma-terpinene, n-hexane is used as solvents to be prepared into trapping and killing agents according to the proportional combination being 1:0.112:0.1-12:0.1-12:0.1-12:0.1-12, the trapping and killing agents are carried with a rubber head to be made into a trapping core and attached to a bud green round sticky trap, and trapping and killing are performed at peaks of the empoasca vitis. According to the method, the weed mint volatile matter which is common in a tea garden is used for trapping and killing the empoasca vitis which is the most important injurious insects, the use amount of chemical pesticide is reduced, and the problems that drug resistance of the empoasca vitis occurs, pesticide residues of tea leaves exceed the standard, and the number of subordinate injurious insects is increased to cause rampancy are solved. The trapping and killing agents of the empoasca vitis are high in trapping efficiency, safe, free of pollution and compatible with the environment, the trapping speed is high, use is convenient, and cost is low.
