The invention provides a device and a method for testing normal-temperature and high-temperature compression stress relaxation of rubber. The device mainly comprises an upper plate, a lower plate, a limiter, a pressure sensor, a pressure head and a flange. The upper plate is fixed to the lower plate through the limiter. The pressure sensor is fixed at a center position of the upper plate and is located between the upper plate and the lower plate. The pressure head is fixed at another end of the pressure sensor. A rubber sample is fixed at a center position of the lower plate by the flange and contacts with the pressure head. The method comprises the following steps of preparing an appropriate rubber sample, assembling the device, fixing exactly the appropriate rubber sample at the center of the lower plate, contacting the appropriate rubber sample with the pressure head, removing the flange, putting the device into an aging test box for an experiment, and after the experiment is finished, determining compression stress relaxation coefficients of the appropriate rubber sample. Through the device and the method, normal-temperature and high-temperature compression stress relaxation tests are realized; real-time monitoring of compression stress variation is realized; and the accuracy, the repeatability and the reproducibility of a life prediction result are guaranteed.

Disclosed is a sterilization apparatus using hydrogen peroxide, which comprises a housing which has a sterilization chamber for accommodating to-be-sterilized objects; an evaporator connected with the sterilization chamber for supplying hydrogen peroxide vapor to the sterilization chamber for the purpose of sterilizing to-be-sterilized objects; a hydrogen peroxide supply apparatus connected with the evaporator for the purpose of supplying liquid hydrogen peroxide to the evaporator; an enrichment chamber connected with the evaporator for the purpose of evaporating moisture from the hydrogen peroxide supplied to the evaporator and sucking the evaporated moisture, thus enriching the hydrogen peroxide; a vacuum pump connected with the enrichment chamber for the purpose of providing a vacuum pressure to the enrichment chamber; a blower which includes a fan disposed in the interior of the sterilization chamber for forcibly flowing the air of the sterilization chamber and is a motor for driving the fan; and a fan heater disposed in the interior of the sterilization chamber for the purpose heating the air flowing by means of the fan. The sterilization apparatus using hydrogen peroxide according to the present invention makes it possible to enrich the hydrogen peroxide using an enrichment chamber, and the sterilization power with respect to the to-be-sterilized objects can be enhanced.

The method comprises the following steps: firstly carrying out a first separation on a mixed gas sample, separating helium, neon and hydrogen gases from other heavy gas components, then carrying out a second separation on the mixed gas sample without the other heavy gas components, separating helium, neon and hydrogen gases out respectively, and finally inputting the helium, neon and hydrogen one by one in a high-sensitivity gas chromatograph thermal conductivity detector for detection, and venting the separated heavy gas components by back flushing while conducting the detection. The device of the invention adopts a double-column series structure, and simultaneously optimizes chromatographic column packing materials and chromatographic analysis conditions. According to the invention, the effective separation and detection of trace helium, neon and hydrogen are realized, the analysis time is shortened, the analytical chromatographic columns are protected, and the service life of the chromatographic column is prolonged. The method can be continuously applied for trace helium, neon and hydrogen analysis of mass samples.
