The invention relates to an acrylic acid copolymerized grafted starch environmental-protection adhesive, which comprises the following raw materials by mass: 25-35 parts of oxidized starch, 55-65 parts of vinyl acetate, 20-30 parts of butyl acrylate, 2-4 parts of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 1-3 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 2-4 parts of OP-10, 0.6-0.8 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.6-0.8 part ofsodium hydrogen sulfite, 0.5-1 part of protein powder, and 310-480 parts of water, wherein the environmental-protection adhesive is subjected to microwave heating treatment, the microwave working frequency is 2450 MHz, and the heating time is 30-50 S. According to the present invention, the environmental-protection adhesive can well control free formaldehyde, and the detection results (detectionmethod GB/T 17657-2013) show that the formaldehyde emission is only 0.17 mg/L; the detection results (detection method GB/T 10004-2008) show that the environmental-protection adhesive does not containbenzene-based solvent, toluene and xylene; and the environmental-protection adhesive has advantages of simple composition, simple processing method and wide application range.
