The anti-static reflective coating is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by mass: 25-40 parts of aqueous macromolecular emulsion, 12-18 parts of white filler, 4-7 parts of ultrafine aluminum silicate, 10-15 parts of tin oxide, 5-8 parts of fast yellow, 5-10 parts of titanium white, 0.5-1.5 parts of film forming assistant, 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent and 12-22 parts of water. The anti-static reflective coating provided by the invention has stable and durable static electricity preventing performance as well as good light reflecting performance and is applicable to environments rich in a static field, such as the indoor / outdoor space of buildings, the surface of special equipment and the like. Furthermore, the anti-static reflective coating has the advantages that the processability is excellent, the performance is stable, and the durability is good.

Protective fabric

The invention provides a protective fabric and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes (1) a.) subjecting 20-80% of cotton fibers and 0-90% of nylon fibers to mix spinning, b.) plyingconductive fibers and yarn obtained into antistatic yarn, and c.) weaving the plied antistatic yarn into an antistatic fabric; (2) pretreating the antistatic fabric according to a process including desizing, boiling, cleaning, drying and singeing in order; and (3) dyeing, cleaning the fabric after dyeing and drying. Washable conductive films are attached to the surfaces of the conductive fibers and have a thickness of 300-400 nm. Nanometer bamboo powder treated through a special process is added into PBT to obtain a polymer material that is polyaniline / PBT composite fibers, and the surfaces ofthe composite fibers are subjected to electric conduction treatment to obtain the washable conductive fibers.

The coating includes, by weight, 60-90 parts of water, 30-60 parts of seashell powder, 20 parts of heavy calcium, 10 parts of kaolin, 8 parts of benzalkonium chloride, 1-5 parts of nanometer titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of the nanometer tourmaline powder and 5-20 parts of the high-molecular powder material, andthe particle size of the seashell powder is 500-1500 meshes. The benzalkonium chloride is medical benzalkonium chloride. The coating further includes 20-80 parts of a plant pigment. The problem of toxic substances in common building interior wall coatings in the prior art and the problems of great difficulty and large error in concrete construction of dry powder type seashell powder coatings in the prior art are solved in the invention.
