A thermal sublimation transfer paper coating and its preparation method

This invention relates to the field of transfer paper coating technology, specifically to a thermal sublimation transfer paper coating and its preparation method. The invention first coats a photothermal dual-curing polyurethane emulsion onto a substrate paper, curing it to form a hydrophobic layer. The photothermal dual-curing polyurethane emulsion is composed of an epoxy-terminated silicone polyurethane modified with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and capped with propylene glycol diglycidyl ester, and a double-bond capped polyurethane obtained by chain extension with glycerol monoglycidyl ether and capping with hydroxyethyl acrylate. Next, an ink-absorbing coating containing mercapto-modified silica, acrylamide monomer, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is coated onto the hydrophobic layer, cross-linking to form an ink-absorbing layer. Finally, a polyvinyl alcohol solution is coated onto the ink-absorbing layer to form a surface layer. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating designed by this invention exhibits strong adhesion and excellent transfer effect.

High-strength kraft board paper with relatively good surface ink absorption capability

The invention belongs to the technical field of papermaking, and particularly relates to high-strength kraft board paper with good surface ink absorption capacity. In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, the proportion of wood pulp is too high, so that poor ink absorption and printing white leakage are prone to occurring during paperboard printing, the high-strength kraft board paper with the good surface ink absorption capacity is provided and comprises a surface layer, the surface layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 50 parts of wood pulp fiber, 2 to 4 parts of ink-absorbing composite modifier, 0.3 to 0.5 part of sizing agent, 0.2 to 0.4 part of dry strength agent and 3 to 5 parts of bentonite. According to the invention, the ink-absorbing composite modifier is added into the surface layer, so that the ink adsorption capacity of the surface of the paperboard is remarkably improved, and the problems of poor ink absorption and printing white leakage are avoided on the premise that 80% or more of wood pulp is kept for the surface layer of the paperboard.

Coated book paper and method for its production

This invention provides a method for preparing coated notebook paper, comprising the following steps: S1, preparing base paper; S2, coating the surface of the base paper to form a coating layer, the coating layer comprising pigments and adhesives, wherein the adhesives comprise polyvinyl alcohol and enzyme-converted starch, comprising 100-110 parts by weight of pigment, 3-5 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, and 10-14 parts by weight of enzyme-converted starch; S3, subjecting the base paper treated in step S2 to a second drying, calendering, and winding process to obtain the coated notebook paper. This application also provides coated notebook paper prepared by the above method. The coated notebook paper prepared by the method provided in this application has a fine surface, smooth writing, minimal pen wear, minimal ink bleeding, and rapid drying. It also possesses good coating strength and anti-bleed-through properties, making it particularly suitable as high-grade notebook paper.
