Method for preparing palladium nanometer sheet with optical property

The invention relates to a method for simply preparing a palladium nanometer sheet with an optical property. The method comprises the following steps of: adding PdCl2 powder with an equivalent concentration of 7.04*10<-4>mol / L and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with an equivalent concentration of 7.04*10<-4> to 5.64*10<-2>mol / L into a water-ethanol mixed solution system; stirring the prepared solution, wherein the solution is light yellow; irradiating the reaction system under a 15-200W incandescent lamp for 1 to 12 hours; stopping the irradiation; performing centrifugal separation to obtain black precipitates; washing for one time by using ethanol and acetone respectively; and drying into a vacuum drying oven at the temperature of 40 DEG C, and thus obtaining a palladium nanometer sheet material. The particle size of the nanometer material obtained by the method is 28 to 44 nanometers, particles are polygonal, and the sheet is wide in particle size distribution; and an ultraviolet-visible extinction spectrum appears near 340 nm, so that the nanometer material has the optical property in the area. The preparation method is mild in condition, simple in process, short in production period and easy to produce on a large scale.

Since the dielectric silicon nano-particles have local optical field enhancement and zero backscattering features, with the dielectric silicon photonic crystal fiber obtained through using the manufacture method of the invention adopted, the research and development of novel biochemical sensors and photonic devices can be facilitated.

The invention relates to a hydrogen peroxide colorimetric sensing method based on fluorescent polymer mimic enzyme, which belongs to the technical field of environment and biological analysis. The method comprises the following steps: concentrated sulfuric acid is added in diethylenetriamine drop by drop, and the materials are subjected to standing for 20-40 min under ice water-bath condition to obtain milk-white fluorescent polymer mimic enzyme; mimic enzyme dispersion liquid is added in a NaAc-HAc buffer solution, then 3,3',5,5'-tetramethyl benzidine ethanol solution is added in a reaction system as a colorimetric reaction substrate, an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is added to obtain a hydrogen peroxide solution with final concentration of hydrogen peroxide being 50 [mu]m-500 [mu]m, a light absorbance value of an ultraviolet-visible light area is determined, a concentration-light absorbance value standard curve is established, a solution with unknown hydrogen peroxide concentration is prepared, the light absorbance value of the solution is determined, and hydrogen peroxide concentration of the solution is calculated through the above standard curve, so that the hydrogen peroxide colorimetric sensing based on fluorescent polymer mimic enzyme is realized.

The invention provides an imidazaphenanthridine compound as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Substituted 2-amino chalcone and amino ketene undergo a reaction to synthesize the imidazaphenanthridine compound under the room-temperature acidic condition. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, no need of ametal catalyst, easily available raw materials, simultaneous introduction of a plurality of substituents and the like, and has a wide substrate application range.
