A method for manufacturing integral chromatic luminous vycor glass, which is characterized in that the method comprises: (1) preparing cellular glass, (2) preparing rare earth with certain concentration or transition metal luminous solion, (3) introducing the rare earth or transition metal luminous solion in the cellular glass by employing the segmental doping method, (4) drying the cellular glass doped with the rare earth or transition metal luminous solion in the air at a temperature of 200-800DEG C and (5)placing the dried cellular glass doped with the luminous solion in a high temperature furnace and eliminating micropores to form dense, transparent and integral chromatic luminous vycor glass via solid-phase sintering of air at a temperature of 1100-1250DEG C or reducing atmosphere. The glass of the invention is colorless in appearance, dense and transparent, and can emit light with a plurality of colors when being shined by ultraviolet lamp. The method is simple in manufacturing process, needless in binding agent and low in cost, and has perfect optical property, chemical stability and mechanical strength, which are similar to that of quartz glass.

Soda-lime-silica glass is used as a base glass composition of the glass, and a coloring agent of the glass respectively comprises the following compositions in weight percentage: 0.3 to 1.1 weight percent of Fe2O3, 1.1 to 2.5 weight percent of CeO2, 0.01 to 0.19 weight percent of TiO2, 5 to 200 PPM of Cr2O3, and 0.1 to 35 PPM of CoO; the oxidation reduction factor is between 0.22 and 0.36; visible light transmission is not less than 70 percent; and ultraviolet transmission is not more than 14.5 percent, wherein transmission of light with wavelength of 350 nanometer is not more than 1.5 percent, a main wavelength coverage of a wavelength region of between 380 and 780 nanometers is between 518 and 538 nanometers, and excitation purity is between 1.8 and 3.8 percent; and measured color of the product by CIE 1,976 color measurement system is as follows: L of between 85 and 93, a of between minus 5 and minus 10, and b of between 2 and 10. According to the invention, anti-ultraviolet glass with excellent anti-ultraviolet effect can be obtained with higher transparency, and can be applied to automotive front windshield glass which has strict requirement on the visible light transmission.

Method for preparing palladium nanometer sheet with optical property

The invention relates to a method for simply preparing a palladium nanometer sheet with an optical property. The method comprises the following steps of: adding PdCl2 powder with an equivalent concentration of 7.04*10<-4>mol / L and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide with an equivalent concentration of 7.04*10<-4> to 5.64*10<-2>mol / L into a water-ethanol mixed solution system; stirring the prepared solution, wherein the solution is light yellow; irradiating the reaction system under a 15-200W incandescent lamp for 1 to 12 hours; stopping the irradiation; performing centrifugal separation to obtain black precipitates; washing for one time by using ethanol and acetone respectively; and drying into a vacuum drying oven at the temperature of 40 DEG C, and thus obtaining a palladium nanometer sheet material. The particle size of the nanometer material obtained by the method is 28 to 44 nanometers, particles are polygonal, and the sheet is wide in particle size distribution; and an ultraviolet-visible extinction spectrum appears near 340 nm, so that the nanometer material has the optical property in the area. The preparation method is mild in condition, simple in process, short in production period and easy to produce on a large scale.
