The method includes the steps of finding a corresponding regional position in a modeling model according to an electrophoretic malfunction area of a coated car, designing holes with different apertures on the regional position and conducting electrophoretic simulation calculation to obtain the relation between the apertures and the thicknesses of electrophoretic films; choosing a thickness value of an electrophoretic film as a comparison basis and adopting the distance between each nearest point based on the thickness value of the electrophoretic film and the center of each corresponding hole as an influence range of the film thicknesses of the apertures to acquire the relation between the apertures and the influence ranges of the film thicknesses; according to the relation between the apertures and the thicknesses of the electrophoretic films and the relation between the apertures and the influence ranges of the film thicknesses, combining the whole properties of the car to determine a hole drilling scheme; according to the hole drilling scheme, conducting electrophoretic simulation calculation in the modeling model, generating an optimization testing report, and drilling holes in the car according to the optimization testing report.
