The application discloses a method for improving gas production performance of
straw and pig
manure mixture dry
biogas fermentation based on multi-factor cooperation, which comprises the following steps: mixing pig
manure and
straw at a ratio of 1:1 as the best feed substrate according to total solids, adopting semi-continuous dry
biogas fermentation process, feeding the substrate into a
biogas fermentation reactor, inoculating
anaerobic sludge domesticated by pig
manure, controlling the total
solid concentration of the feed substrate to be 20%-30%, controlling the
hydraulic retention time to be 25-45 days, feeding air into the fermentation process for air stirring, controlling the stirring intensity to be 33.3-66.7 mL / (L.min), and stirring once a day for 1 minute each time. The
straw and pig manure mixture dry biogas fermentation gas production performance can be effectively improved through the synergistic effect of the optimized
raw material ratio, the total
solid concentration of the feed, the
hydraulic retention time and the air stirring intensity.
