The high-concentration anti-electrostatic master batch is prepared from 15-50 parts of a porous polymer carrier and 50-90 parts of an anti-electrostatic agent, wherein the porous polymer carrier is prepared from 80-95 parts of a polymer, 1-10 parts of mineral packing, 0.01-5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.01-0.5 part of a foaming aid and 0.01-0.3 part of a lubricant.
