The invention discloses a method for simultaneously detecting multiple fungaltoxins in grains. The method comprises the steps of extracting a grain sample to be detected through an acetonitrile-water solution containing acid, salting out, purifying, centrifuging, and membrane filtering to obtain sample analytic liquid; utilizing an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for simultaneously detecting the multiple fungaltoxins. According to the method provided by the invention, the fungaltoxins are subjected to qualitation and quantitation by adopting a multi-reaction monitoring mode (MRM). After the grains are subjected to pretreatment, the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is utilized for simultaneously detecting extracted 10 fungaltoxins. The sample is extracted through the acetonitrile-water solution with a certain concentration and containing the acid, a sample extracting solution is salted out and purified, and the multi-reaction monitoring mode of the high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is utilized for detecting, so that the defection efficiency is improved, the detection cost is rediced, the sensitivity is high, the repeatability is good, and the adding standard recovery is high.

The invention discloses a device for measuring three-dimensional distribution of residual stress in a metal microstructure, which comprises an X-ray generating system, a microdiffraction and light path guide system, a work system, a detection system, a computer and a control system; the X-ray generating system generates X-rays with short wavelengths; the X-rays irradiate on points to be measured on a metal microstructural sample to be measured in the work system through the microdiffraction and light path guide system; then the X-rays enter the detection system through the microdiffraction and light path guide system after being subjected to diffraction by the sample; the detection system receives the X-rays entering the detection system for detection and sends obtained detection data to the computer; the computer takes analysis process on the received detection data to obtain residual strain and residual stress data of the point to be measured of the metal microstructral sample and take error analysis and parameter amendment; and after the test for the current point is finished, the computer sends a command to the control system for changing the detection point of the sample. According to the invention, the three-dimensional distribution of the residual strain and the residual stress in the penetrating range of the X-ray in a metal microstructure can be measured automatically and factually in a lossless way; therefore, the device provided by the invention is efficient and lossless and is convenient to operate.

The invention belongs to a nickel-chromium-aluminum coated diatomite element analysis technology, and relates to a method for determining chromium content and aluminum content in nickel-chromium-aluminum coated diatomite, wherein microwave sample digestion and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy are adopted to determine the chromium content and the aluminum content in the nickel-chromium-aluminum coated diatomite. According to the method, 5-10 mL of hydrochloric acid, 1-5 mL of nitric acid and 5-10 drops of hydrofluoric acid are adopted to treat (metal-inorganic non-metal powder) nickel-chromium-aluminum coated diatomite, such that problems of large use amounts of reagents for dissolving the sample, difficult dissolving of the sample, incomplete dissolving of the sample, and the like in the prior art are solved. With the present invention, spectrum analysis is performed to find the best analysis line so as to overcome interference of the major element nickel in the nickel-chrome-aluminum coated diatomite and improve measurement accuracy; the study results show that the established method for determining the chromium content and the aluminum content in the nickel-chromium-aluminum coated diatomite is accurate and reliable, and can meet requirements of research and production; and the method of the present invention has characteristics of rapidness, easy operation, manpower saving and material resource saving.
