aerospace mechanism product. The method comprises the steps of building a corresponding margin equation according to key performance parameters of the product, and analyzing a fault mode and mechanism; judging whether the relationship between the output result of a fault
physical model and the performance parameters is an abrupt
change type or a
continuous type, if the relationship is the abrupt
change type, judging whether the fault
physical model is a
vibration fatigue fault
physical model or a
thermal fatigue fault physical model, if the fault physical model is a
vibration fatigue fault physical model, establishing a first degradation equation, and otherwise, establishing a second degradation equation; if the fault physical model is a
continuous type, judging whether the fault physical model is a wear fault physical model or a
thermal deformation fault physical model, if the fault physical model is a wear fault physical model, establishing a third degradation equation, and otherwise, establishing a fourth degradation equation; and substituting the degradation equation into the margin equation, if the result is positive, indicating that the product is reliable. According to the invention, the reliability of the
aerospace mechanism product is researched by using a definite
reliability theory, the reliability evaluation of the
aerospace mechanism product can be effectively solved, and the
development period is shortened.
