The heat dissipation cable includes an aluminum alloy conductor, a conductor shielding layer, an insulating layer, an insulating shielding layer, a semi-conductive mineral cushion, an embossed aluminum sleeve with an asphalt anticorrosive coating, an outer sheath with embossed patterns and a heat dissipation coating layer; and the heat dissipation coating layer includes 54-65 parts of epoxy resin, 30-44 parts of organic silicone resin, 22-28 parts of polyethersulfone resin, 15-24 parts of heat dissipation powder, 10-18 parts ofFeO-SiO2 compound powder, 5-10 parts of modified micron order zirconia, 1-5 parts of a levelling agent, and 1-5 parts of a coupling agent. Through the changing of the structure of the cable and the application of a heat dissipation material, the heat dissipation of the cable can be effectively accelerated during the operation of the cable, the self-temperature of the cable can be reduced, the current-carrying capacity of the cable can be enhanced, and therefore, a conductor cross section and a cable outer diameter can be reduced.
