The invention discloses a seasonal high-
turbidity raw water treatment process.
Raw water enters a
settling pond for
sedimentation after entering a pre-
sedimentation, concentration and reuse pond for pre-
sedimentation; after the water obtained through sedimentation enters a filter pond to be filtered and enters a
clean water pond to be regulated and stored, the water is pumped into a municipal
pipe network after being pressurized through a secondary pump house;
sludge discharged out of the pre-sedimentation, concentration and reuse pond is received into a balance pond to be stored; the
discharge sludge enters a dewater room to be dewatered, and dry
sludge obtained through
dewatering is transported outwards to be processed, and filter liquor is drained into a concentration
mass-energy conversion pond. The process can adapt to different
raw water situations and can meet different running requirements; the sludge
discharge and
water treatment process and the
dewatering process are combined together; meanwhile, the process adapts to the seasonal high-
turbidity and general low-
turbidity working condition, secondary
processing is conducted on concentration pond supernatant and
dewatering filter liquor which are prone to exceeding the
emission standard in the industrial
wastewater concentration and dewatering process through the concentration
mass-energy conversion pond, the occupied area is saved by highly using the
processing capacity of buildings, and the effects of discharging water, obtained in the water purification process, in an up-to-standard mode and converting
organic matter in industrial
wastewater into biological energy sources to be further recycled are achieved.
