According to the nano-ceramic scalpel as shown in Figure 1, the ELID sharpening technology and the self-designed process equipment are used for successfully grinding the two side faces of the nano-ceramic scalpel, the surface roughness reaches 6nm, and the cutting edge radius of the nano-ceramic scalpel reaches 200nm. The manufactured nano-ceramic scalpel is high in wound healing speed, free of obvious scars after healing and good in effect in clinical incision experiments of laboratory rats.

The evaluation method comprises the following steps: normally feeding experimental rats for one week, then mating with 3-month-old SD male rats according to a ratio of 2:1, and drenching with mifepristone once on the 12 day of pregnancy to cause abortion of pregnant rats, wherein hydroxyurea and the mifepristone are ground into powder and are dissolved in distilled water for drenching; from the next day after stopping of vaginal bleeding of the aborted rats, hitting with a wooden stick to force the rats to swim constantly until a fatigued state, fishing out the experimental rats after swimming, and exposing the experimental rats in air for naturally airing; anesthetizing the rats under an aseptic condition, laparotomizing for shearing intimal tissue blocks, reversely aligning epithelial layers to body walls, closing abdomens, randomly taking 3 ratsafter 4 weeks, laparotomizing again for cutting transplants for inspection, and verifying that the rats have survived. According to the evaluation method, modeling of experimental animals suffering from traditional Chinese medicinal syndromes is easy to control, an accurate and effective way of identifying syndrome characteristics is increased, and a great convenience is brought to clinical diagnosis, therapeutic effect evaluation, novel medicine development and international communication of the traditional Chinese medicine.
