The toxicant-eliminating and beautifying compound health-caring black fungus and cowpea preserves are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of sonchus oleraceus, 5-6 parts of passiflora caerulea fruits, 3-4 parts of chimonanthus blossoms, 1-2 parts of amomum fruits, 1-2 parts of jasmine flowers, 1-2 parts of purslanes, 300-310 parts of dried black fungi, 140-150 parts of cowpeas, an appropriate amount of white granulated sugar, an appropriate amount of a calcium chloride solution, an appropriate amount of rice water, an appropriate amount of starch syrup and an appropriate amount of water.
