The making method comprises the following steps of cutting helianthus tuberosus tubers into sliced helianthus tuberosus, performing microwave vacuum drying on the sliced helianthus tuberosus obtained through cutting the helianthus tuberosus until the water content is 30% or below, mixing glossy ganoderma with Chinese caterpillar funguses and cordyceps taishanensis to obtain a mixture, then adding water to the mixture, performing repeated reflux decoction, then merging filtrates, and concentrating the merged filtrate so as to obtain concentrate; and adding the concentrate to the dried sliced helianthus tuberosus, performing stirring so that the concentrate is sufficiently absorbed by the sliced helianthus tuberosus, and then performing drying under decompression on the soaked sliced helianthus tuberosus so as to obtain the sliced helianthus tuberosus tea. The method provided by the invention is used for making the sliced helianthus tuberosus tea, so that the obtained sliced helianthus tuberosus tea has inulin, cordycepic acid, cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide, rich vitamin A and rich vitamin B, is rich in cellulose, amino acids and a trace element namely selenium, and has the efficacies of regulating the immunity of human bodies, treating diabetes, treating high blood pressure, treating high blood lipid, resisting cancer and the like.
