The invention provides a preparation method of a flexible polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel material, and belongs to the technical field of functional polymer materials. According to the method, a flexible conductive material with good mechanical strength and electrochemical property is prepared by utilizing the properties and characteristics of polyatomic acid of phytic acid, by taking the phytic acid as an acid doping agent and a gel crosslinking factor and taking polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel as a skeleton. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving polyvinyl alcohol into water to form a solution and matching the solution with phenylamine and phytic acid at a proportion to form a solution A; dissolving initiating agent ammonium persulfate into water to form a solution B; quickly mixing the solution A and the solution B at a low temperature, so that in situ polymerization is performed on the phenylamine in a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, so as to form phytic acid-doped polyaniline hydrogel; placing the phytic acid-doped polyaniline hydrogel into a refrigerator for freezing, so as to form the flexible polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel material by a cyclic freeze thawing. The flexible polyaniline conductive composite hydrogel material prepared by the method has good electrochemical property, mechanical strength and flexibility; the preparation method is simple, and the cost is low, and the preparation method has wide application prospect in the fields of flexible energy storage materials and biomedicine.

The invention relates to a preparation method for a grain size controllable monodisperse polyvinyl alcohol gel microsphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a disperse phase solution and a continuous phase solution; controlling the flowing speed, flow and viscosity of the disperse phase and the continuous phase; obtaining polyvinyl alcohol solution drops in different grain sizes and in uniform diameter size after converging the disperse phase with the continuous phase; and solidifying the drops, thereby obtaining the grain size controllable monodisperse polyvinyl alcohol gel microspheres. The invention also relates to a preparation device for the grain size controllable monodisperse polyvinyl alcohol gel microsphere and the prepared monodisperse polyvinyl alcohol gel microsphere. The microsphere prepared according to the invention has a better surface morphology and a grain size range of 50-600 microns. The preparation device is convenient to assemble and disassemble; the size controllable preparation for a monodisperse polyacrylamide microsphere is realized by changing the size of a capillary tube or controlling the flowing speed or viscosity of the disperse phase and the continuous phase; and the grain size distribution coefficient CV is less than 5%.

The invention relates to a method for preparing biocompatible high-strength three-dimensional connected porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel, which belongs to the field of biomedical materials. The invention particularly relates to preparation of the porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel as an in vivo implantation restoration material and a tissue induction regeneration carrier. The method adopts process methods of high temperature and high pressure dissolving, composite pore forming with a surfactant and soluble solid particles, physical cross-linking forming through circulating refrigeration and dissolving, and cleaning with ultrasonic waves to prepare the three-dimensional porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel. The method overcomes the defect that a single pore-forming agent is easy to cause closed and isolated pore spaces, and obtains a network structure with higher porosity, grading connection of the pore spaces and even aperture. The prepared porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel has adjustable aperture sizes from 10 to 400 microns and controllable shapes; and the porosity can reach between 50 and 85 percent, thus the porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel can be used as a regeneration carrier for inductive tissues of cartilages, blood vessels, skins and the like, is advantageous for the growth of cells, the ingrowth of blood vessel nerves and the transmission of various nutrient substances and has excellent mechanical property, and the modulus of elasticity is between 3.5 and 8.1 MPa.

The optical center of the artificial cornea is polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel containing 80 to 90 weight percent ofwater; a skirt stent is porous polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel which contains 70 to 90 weight percent of water and 0 to 15 weigh percent of graphite powder and is distributed with micropores; and an neighboring periphery combining part of the optical center part and the skirt stent part is an integrated transitional structure in mutual crossing integration. The integrated artificial cornea is preparedby the following steps: firstly, fully dissolving polyvinyl alcohol by a solvent, adding the graphite powder and a pore forming agent of water soluble particles to perform compression molding, and fully soaking and washing the mixture in deionized water after freezing and thawing to obtain a skirt stent blank; and then, drilling a central hole in the optical center, dripping polyvinyl alcohol solution into the hole and performing compression molding, performing freezing and thawing repeatedly, and fully soaking and washing the skirt stent blank to obtain the artificial cornea. The composite antibacterial aquagel disclosed by the invention is lignin reinforced PVA aquagel. According to the high-strength lignin/polyvinyl alcohol composite antibacterial aquagel and the preparation method therefor, through adding the lignin into polyvinyl alcohol aquagel, a nano micro-phase separating structure is formed through self assembly, and meanwhile, the adsorption to Ag<+> is promoted; and Ag<+> adsorbed to the external surface of the aquagel is reduced by a reducer, and thus, dense nano silver particle clusters are formed on the surface of the aquagel. Due to a tight external structure and a loose internal structure, the aquagel can have ultrahigh mechanical strength and toughness and excellent electric conductivity and antibacterial performance, and the tensile strength reaches up to 13.0MPa; the elongation at break reaches up to 1500%; and the electric conductivity reaches up to 10.126S/m.
