Based on the response characteristics, a dual quantitative relation between the ratio of the concentration of the perchlorate to the absorbance and the ratio of the color intensity of an image collected by the smart phone is further established, and an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry-smart phone image analysis dual-mode detection system is constructed. Wherein the detection limit of the spectrum detection mode is 2.77 [mu] M, and the detection limit of the smart phone auxiliary detection mode is 5.63 [mu] M. The method is simple and convenient to operate, does not need a large-scale analytical instrument or complex sample pretreatment, has the advantages of good sensitivity, stability and visual discrimination, can quickly realize on-site screening and accurate quantification of perchlorate in water and food samples, and is high in practicability and wide in popularization prospect.
