The invention discloses a direct collecting-photoelectric-thermoelectric combined 
isotope battery, which comprises a 
radiation source and an energy conversion structure. The 
isotope battery has a columnar structure, and two ends of the energy conversion structure are equipped with a battery positive 
electrode and a battery negative 
electrode respectively; the energy conversion structure comprises a 
metal substrate, a vacuum cavity, a transparent charge collecting plate, a photoelectric 
assembly and a thermoelectric 
assembly; the 
radiation source is arranged on the side surface of the columnar 
metal substrate, the transparent charge collecting plate is arranged in the periphery of the side surface of the 
radiation source, the vacuum cavity is arranged between the two, and the outer side surface of the transparent charge collecting plate is sequentially provided with a first transparent insulating substrate, the photoelectric 
assembly, a second transparent insulating substrate and the thermoelectric assembly; two ends of the photoelectric assembly and the thermoelectric assembly are provided with first electrical output electrodes and second electrical output electrodes respectively; and the surface of the energy conversion structure, and the positive 
electrode and the negative electrode of the battery are coated with a 
cushion, and the outer surface of the 
cushion is provided with an inner packaging cooling layer and an outer packaging cooling layer. The battery has the advantages of 
high energy conversion efficiency, large output power, strong environmental applicability, good work stability and long service life.
