The invention relates to a method for forming and capturing liquid drops based on a three-layer sandwich disc-type chip and application thereof, wherein the chip with a geometric micro-structure and consisting of a main channel, a side channel and a capturing area is designed and uses the difference of the surface tension in the channels with different widths to induce the in-situ formation and capture of the liquid drops. The method has the following advantages that: the in-situ formation and capture of the liquid drops is achieved by using a simple structure; the formation of the liquid drops does not need a surfactant to prevent the surfactant from influencing the reactions in the liquid drops; the formation of the liquid drops is not influenced by channel surface properties so that oil-in-water liquid drops can be achieved on an unmodified PDMS chip; the formation of the liquid drops does not need precise control of the fluid flow rate, and the flowage of the fluid adopts a liquid storage tank vacuumizing mode to avoid using a precise injection pump and reduce the experimental cost; and the captured liquid drops are used as array micro-reactors to achieve the chemical reactions of gas-liquid two phases in the liquid drops for the first time.

Preparation method of organic/inorganic nano hybridized magnetic material

The invention belongs to the technical field of the preparation of organic/inorganic microspheres, and in particular relates to a method for grafting an organic polymer on the surface of an inorganic nano magnetic particle by adopting a soap-free emulsion polymerization method. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing and obtaining a magnetic nano particle with a reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent decorated on the surface according to the prior art, wherein a Z radical is carbazole, and an R radical is a magnetic monox composite nano particle with benzyl; and (2) combining a polymerization system from the magnetic nano particle with the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer agent decorated on the surface, which is obtained from the steps (1), an oil-soluble monomer, an initiator and water to form a polymerization system, carrying out reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer polymerization in a soap-free emulsion system in an inert atmosphere under a stirring condition and centrifugally separating to obtain the magnetic nano particle which has a polymer shell and uses the magnetic silica nano particle as a core. The invention avoids using an organic solvent andor an emulsifier in one aspect and has acan controllable the polymerization process in the other aspect.

Method for extracting astaxanthin through ionic liquid-salt aqueous two-phase system

The invention discloses a method for extracting astaxanthin through an ionic liquid-salt aqueous two-phase system. The method comprises the steps that an ionic liquid aqueous solution is prepared, sothat the mass ratio of an ionic liquid is 2-10%; shrimp shell powder and the ionic liquid aqueous solution are mixed and then subjected to magnetic stirring at the normal temperature; a mixture aftermagnetic stirring is subjected to centrifugal separation, and a rough astaxanthin extraction solution is collected; salt is added to the rough astaxanthin extraction solution, standing is conducted atthe normal temperature to form the ionic liquid-salt aqueous two-phase system, liquid-liquid separation is conducted, and an ionic liquid enrichment phase is collected for obtaining an astaxanthin concentration solution; water is added to the astaxanthin concentration solution, standing is conducted, so that astaxanthin is precipitated, then filtering is conducted, and an astaxanthin precipitateis collected and dried. According to the extraction method, the content of astaxanthin extracted from shrimp shells is high, the extraction method is easy and convenient to implement, the astaxanthincan be extracted in a large scale, the condition is mild, and the method is environmentally friendly.
