control integration system, a first spray gun, a second spray gun, an oil-displacing agent tank, an oil gelling agent tank, a V-shaped hydrophilic oleophobic oil containment boom, an oleophylic hydrophobic material, a mechanical vacuum oil conveying pipeline and an oil storing tank; in case that an unmanned ship does not enter an oil spilling area, the UAV can be operated and controlled to monitor and detect aerially so as to obtain the oil spilling regional space distribution information; after the unmanned ship enters the oil spilling area, an oil-displacing agent or an oil gelling agent is sprayed to enable an
oil film to be gathered so as to facilitate later treatment; floating oil and submerged
oil can be collected through the V-shaped hydrophilic oleophobic oil containment boom and the oleophylic hydrophobic material. According to the method, the spilled oil detecting, monitoring, recovering and water purifying and other functions are integrated, so that high spilled oil
recovery efficiency and water purifying capacity are ensured, and meanwhile, the health and safety of operators are ensured; the method is applicable to efficient
recovery treatment of leaked
crude oil,
petrochemical products, organic solvents and the like in sea, lake, river and other areas, so that the method has a good application prospect.
