The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding a magnetic metal into powder, cleaning with ethanol, water and acetone in sequence, and carrying out vacuum drying for 2-8 hours; dispersing the metal powder and tetraethoxysilane into a mixed solvent of ethanol and water in a volume ratio ranging from (1:10) (10:1); after 2-30 minutes of dispersion, putting an ethanol solution of ammonia water into the system, wherein the ethanol solution of the ammonia watercomprises ammonia water and ethanol of 3-15% by mass; carrying out a reaction for 1-12 hours at the room temperature, separating the product by using a magnet, washing with ethanol, water and acetonein sequence, and carrying out vacuum drying for 1-12 hours at 36-100 DEG C so as to obtain a product; carrying out ultrasonic and mechanical stirring and dispersion on the obtained product into methylbenzene. The nanoparticles prepared by using the preparation method have excellent properties of magnetism, bioactivity and fluorescence, and have wide application prospects in biological medicine fields of life sciences, genetics, pharmacology and cell imaging.
