ion exchange washing
alkaline water recycling
system, and relates to the field of
water treatment. The
system comprises an
anion exchanger, a washing
alkaline water collection pipeline, an online monitoring unit, a
shunting switching unit, a weak acid cation exchange
treatment unit, an acid liquid regeneration unit, a pipeline conveying pump, a
decarburization unit, an intermediate water tank, a recycling unit and a
control unit. The online monitoring unit is arranged at the washing drainage end of the
anion exchanger, the
water quality of the washing
alkaline water is detected in real time, and graded
recovery of the washing alkaline water is achieved in combination with the shunt switching unit; the recycled washing alkaline water enters a weak acid cation exchange
treatment unit to be subjected to
ion exchange treatment so as to reduce the
alkalinity of the
water body; meanwhile, the weak-acid cation exchange resin is regenerated by utilizing acidic waste liquid generated by regeneration of the cation exchange
bed, so that synergistic utilization of acid and alkali resources is realized; the
treated water body sequentially passes through the
decarburization unit and the middle water tank and then is reused for the pure water preparation
system.
