The invention discloses a VOCs gas
recovery and treatment device and method. The VOCs gas
recovery and treatment device comprises air blowers, a circulating
fluidized bed TCU device, a
heat pump system, a valve, a carbon
fiber adsorption tank, a condenser, a
buffer tank, a pump and a separation tank; and the circulating
fluidized bed TCU device comprises a
cyclone separator, a
fluidized bed TCU device body, the three air blowers and three heat exchangers. Gas introduced by the air blowers is heated by the heat exchangers and then enters the fluidized
bed TCU device body, impurities such as water and
organic solvent, namely
hexane contained in halogenated butyl colloidal particles are separated out and sent to the
cyclone separator, after the colloidal particles in the gas are separated, the VOCs gas enters the
heat pump system, the
heat pump system cools and dehumidifies the VOCs gas, the cold gas containing water and part of the
hexane is sent to the
buffer tank from the bottom of theheat pump system, the dehumidified VOCs gas enters the carbon
fiber adsorption tank, the VOCs gas is adsorbed by the carbon
fiber adsorption tank, after adsorption saturation, the adsorption tank ofthe VOCs gas
recovery and treatment device is analyzed, then the analyzed
hexane gas is condensed and enters the
buffer tank, and the gas which is not condensed returns back to the heat pump system.
