40 results about "Lignoceric acid" patented technology

Lignoceric acid, or tetracosanoic acid, is the saturated fatty acid with formula C₂₃H₄₇COOH. It is found in wood tar, various cerebrosides, and in small amounts in most natural fats. The fatty acids of peanut oil contain small amounts of lignoceric acid (1.1% – 2.2%). This fatty acid is also a byproduct of lignin production.

Monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid, preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid, a preparation method and application thereof, which relate to a novel conjugated linoleic acid derivative, namely the monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid, the preparation method and the application thereof. The compounds are the monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid obtained by following steps: stirring linoleic acid and selenium dioxide for 0.5 to 2h at a temperature of between 25 and 60 DEG C; continuing stirring to react for 12 to 48 hour; and adding water to wash the obtained product; collecting an organic solvent layer and recovering a solvent, wherein a molecular formula is C18H32O3, and the morphology is yellowish oily matter. The monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid is used for preparing medicaments or food for treating obesity or reducing blood fat or reducing blood sugar or improving the immunity or resisting tumor, and preparing antioxidative and whitening skin nursing preparations for external application. L-carnitine can also be added into dihydroxyoleic acid to prepare medicaments or food for treating obesity or reducing blood fat or reducing blood sugar or serve as a feed additive, and the weight ratio ofthe monohydroxy conjugated linoleic acid to the L-carnitine in a product is 4:1-8.

Non-fried broomcorn instant noodles

The invention relates to non-fried broomcorn instant noodles and belongs to the technical field of instant food, namely instant noodles. The non-fried broomcorn instant noodles are characterized in that: the dough is prepared from broomcorn flour serving as main raw material or broomcorn flour, wheat flour and starch which serves as main raw material; the process method comprises the following steps of: kneading the dough; rolling continuously; rolling into noodles by using a bar mill; folding patterns and cutting off the dough by using a pattern-folding cut-off machine; cooking by using a cooking machine; drying; cooling; adding flavoring bags; and packaging; or the process method comprises the following steps of: kneading the dough with water; extruding the dough into formed strips when the dough is cooked automatically; quantitatively cutting off the dough; drying; cooling; adding flavoring bags; and packaging. Nutritional ingredients which the broomcorn comprises are utilized completely; in particular, the content of nutritional ingredients required by growth and development of a human body very much, such as palmitic acid, lignoceric acid, heptadecanoic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, isolinoleic acid and the like, is far higher than that in fat in rice and wheat, so the non-fried broomcorn instant noodles with low cost and good value are provided for youngsters during growth and development. In addition, a new approach is provided for the broomcorn to be eaten directly; and the edible value of the broomcorn is increased.

Method for detecting content of oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid in single-grain peanuts based on near infrared spectrum

The invention relates to the technical field of peanut quality quick detection, and provides a method for detecting the content of oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid in single-grain peanuts based on a near infrared spectrum. The method comprises the steps: representative single-grain peanut seeds are selected as a standard sample set for establishing a prediction mathematical model of theoleic acid, the linoleic acid and the palmitic acid; peanut samples are subjected to near infrared spectrum measuring through a near infrared spectrometer, and near infrared spectrum information is collected; the content of the oleic acid, the linoleic acid and the palmitic acid in the single-grain peanut seeds in the standard sample set is measured through gas chromatography to obtain chemical values; and the chemical values of the oleic acid, the linoleic acid and the palmitic acid in the single-grain peanuts and corresponding near infrared spectrum data are used for establishing a mathematical model, and quantitative detection is achieved. According to the method, the content of the oleic acid, the linoleic acid and the palmitic acid in the single-grain peanuts can be detected quickly, accurately and nondestructively, operation is easy, pollution is avoided, early-stage selecting means are provided for genetic breeding, with the high oleic acid and the low linoleic acid and palmitic acid, of the peanuts, and the breeding progress is effectively accelerated.

Method for preparing organic fertilizer from crop straws

The invention discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer from crop straws, which comprises the following steps: crushing the crop straws, taking 70-140 parts of the crushed crop straws, carbonizing the crushed crop straws into 15-30% of semi-carbon, and adding 20-40 parts of microbial zymophyte and 10-20 parts of brown sugar water or bean cakes into the semi-carbon for fermentation; then taking 70-140 parts of poultry manure, adding 20-40 parts of microbial zymophyte and 10-20 parts of bean flour into the poultry manure, and fermenting; respectively taking 15-20 parts of fermented crop straw and 60-70 parts of fermented poultry manure, mixing the two materials, adding 6-10 parts of a carbon raw material, 10-15 parts of mineral fulvic acid or biochemical fulvic acid and 5-10 parts of attapulgite, uniformly stirring, and adding the mixture into a granulator for production; 3-5 parts of compound probiotics and 3-5 parts of lignic acid are added in the production process; air drying treatment is conducted after production is completed, and 3-5 parts of polyglutamic acid is sprayed in the process to accelerate air drying; the crop straw and the livestock manure are carbonized to serve as the base material of the organic fertilizer, so that the crop straw and the livestock manure can be fermented, and the maximum utilization value is exerted.
