Preparation method of inorganic-organic compound-type adsorbent based on clinoptilolite and application for removing Cr(VI) in industrial waste water

The invention belongs to the technical field of waste water processing. An inorganic-organic compound-type adsorbent is prepared by compositing three natural materials of natural clinoptilolite, humic acid and chitosan. The method comprises the following specific steps of: performing pre-activation modification on the natural clinoptilolite, performing insolubility processing on humic acid, sufficiently mixing the processed clinoptilolite, insoluble humic acid and acidic chitosan solution according to a certain proportion, heating and drying through microwave, grinding and screening to prepare the inorganic-organic compound-type adsorbent with a loose porous structure, high surface activity and high ion exchanging performance. The prepared adsorbent is used for processing the industrial waste water with the concentration of Cr(VI) lower than 100mg/L, wherein the concentration of effluent Cr(VI) is lower than 0.5mg/L, which meets the requirement of the maximum permissible discharge concentration of the first type of pollutant in the national waste water comprehensive discharge standard. The method has easily obtained materials, simple processing technique and high processing efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale production.

Preparation method for coal-based activated carbon for recovery of organic solvent

The invention relates to a preparation method for coal-based activated carbon for recovery of an organic solvent. The preparation method is characterized in that kneading, forming, carbonization,pre-activation and activation are performed on pulverized coal, coal tar, water and catalyst to obtain columnar activated carbon, wherein the adding amounts of the coal tar, the water and the catalyst are respectively 35-40 percent, 2-4 percent and 2-3 percent of the weight of the pulverized coal, and the catalyst is the hydroxide aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 13-17 percent. According to the invention, the hydroxide catalyst is added into the kneading process to achieve the purposes of splitting functional groups, expanding activated carbon pores, improving the absorption performance and neutralizing inorganic acidic compounds in the pulverized coal; then activation is performed twice to completely remove tar substances and split products accumulated in the pore structure in the carbonization process, some closed pores are opened, and under the action of the catalyst, the functional groups are further decomposed, pores are formed, and pore volume and specific surface area of the activated carbon are improved. According to the activated carbon prepared with the method, the adsorption rate of carbon tetrachloride is not less than 80 percent, the adsorption rate of iodine is not less than 1,050 mg/g, the bulk density is 400-450 g/l, and the mechanical strength is not less than 91 percent.

Target detection method based on deep learning

The invention discloses a target detection method based on deep learning. A VGG16 network used for extracting image features in a Faster RCNN method is replaced with 101 layers of residual errors withhigher expression capability and deeper layers. The structure of the residual unit is changed into a pre-activation mode, so that the network is smoother in forward and reverse propagation processes.The most basic convolution is taken as an improvement entry point. An automatic deformable convolution is introduced. The size and the position of a convolution kernel are dynamically adjusted according to the image content which needs to be identified at present.Based on the characteristics of diversity of target forms, too small inter-class difference, unclear targets, too small targets, inter-target shielding, complex located background and the like, a deep learning algorithm Faster RCNN based on a candidate region is improved. A new target detection method is established. The target detection algorithm is high in robustness, the detection result is not affected no matter whether the target is shielded or illuminated differently or has similar backgrounds or is not clear, and the phenomena of missing detection and false detection are greatly reduced.

Method for preparing N-aryl amide without solvent and catalyst

The invention discloses a method for preparing N-aryl amide without a solvent and a catalyst. The method is characterized by obtaining the N-aryl amide under solvent-free and catalyst-free action; a molar ratio of substituted meldrum acid and arylamine is (1 to 5) to (5 to 1). According to the method disclosed by the invention, the defects that acyl chloride, anhydride, a dehydration coupling reagent, the solvent, a phase transfer catalyst or a metal catalyst, and the like are required to be adopted in the prior art are overcome; the method has the following advantages that (1) the substituted meldrum acid is used as an acylating agent, so that pre-activation on carboxylic acid or use of the dehydration coupling reagent is avoided; (2) due to easiness in preparation of the substituted meldrum acid, certain difficult-to-obtain or expensive carboxylic acid and activated derivatives are prevented from being used; (3) a solvent-free mode is adopted, so that the use of a toxic organic solvent or emission of wastewater is avoided; (4) no acid, base or metal catalysts exist, the influence of the acid and the base on sensitive groups and equipment and the residue of metal ions in a product are avoided. A synthesis method disclosed by the invention can play an important role in industrial production for preparing the N-aryl amide and particularly for preparing the N-aryl amide with complex carboxylic acid.

Method for improving crystallization performance and thermal performance of PET fiber by using modified silicon dioxide

The invention discloses a method for improving the crystallization performance and thermal performance of PET fiber by using modified silicon dioxide. The method comprises the following steps: preparing modified nanometer silicon dioxide; using thionyl chloride to carry out pre-activation on the surface of nanometer silicon dioxide, grafting a flexible polyglycol polymer onto the surface of the chlorine-containing nanometer silicon dioxide, then grafting polyethylene glycol terephthalate (LMPET) with low molecular weight to hydroxy of flexible polyglycol to form modified silicon dioxide nanoparticles; carrying out pelleting blending on the obtained modified silicon dioxide and PET, and thus preparing the PET fiber containing modified silicon dioxide in a certain proportion. The nanometer silicon dioxide is modified, so that the compatibility of nanometer silicon dioxide and PET is improved, and nanometer silicon dioxide is added into the PET for spinning, so that the crystallization performance and thermal performance of the PET fiber are improved. The modified PET fiber is high in thermal stability and good in crystallization performance, and has extremely good application prospects.
