According to the frame-based ultrasound image processing method and the frame-based ultrasound image processing system, with the combination of interframe related information, the information of former and later frames is fused, the edge of the fused image is subjected to enhancement transformation, and simultaneously, the speckle noise on the image out of the enhanced edge can be avoided.
