The invention relates to a
water net centrifugal purification device, which consists of a centrifugal wind wheel, star-shaped
fish scale net folded plates, atomizing nozzles and a
noise reduction diversion guiding device. The star-shaped
fish scale net folded plates are uniformly distributed at the periphery of the centrifugal wind wheel, and
fish scale net plates are fish scale plates with meshesopening by certain angle along the
airflow direction. The air inlet is equipped with nozzles jetting water mist to the air inlet oil
smoke airflow. Oil
smoke airflow and water mist droplets are sucked into the centrifugal wind wheel to form vortex airflow, water mist droplets collide with
impeller blades and the fish scale net plates to generate two atomization, the mist droplets and oil
smoke soot are fully mixed and collided, particulate matters in the airflow have large density,
inertia and
turning radius, cannot make a turn quickly to enter fish scale net meshes, are sticked to the fish scale net plates and flow down with water foams into a circulating water tank. Because of the dual purification effect of water mist capture and inertial separation, the oil smoke purification efficiency is improved and water loss is reduced. The
noise reduction diversion guiding device improves the circulation efficiency and reduces the
noise, and is convenient for indoor application.
