The method comprises the following steps: n-butyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol are added into a beaker, and magnetic stirring is performed to form a uniform solution; glacial acetic acid is added, and magnetic stirring is performed; halloysite is added into the above solution, and stirring is continued to obtain a suspension liquid; deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol are mixed, the mixed liquid is slowly added into the suspension liquid, and stirring is performedcontinuously to form a sol-gel; the sol-gel is placed into a drying oven, and drying is performed; the obtained xerogel is ground into powder, the powder is put into a muffle furnace, calcination isperformed, washing is performed, centrifugation is performed, drying is performed, the dried material is ground into powder, and therefore TiO2/HNTs is obtained; melamine is weighed, the weighed melamine and the TiO2/HNTs are mixed, grinding is performed fully, the obtained material is put into a muffle furnace, calcination is performed, natural cooling is performed to a room temperature, taking out the cooled material, the cooled material is ground into powder, and therefore the final product is obtained. According to the invention, the purpose of degrading antibiotic wastewater by taking theg-C3N4-TiO2/HNTs nano composite material as the photocatalyst is realized.
