By the Ag/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst provided by the invention, the purpose of degrading antibiotic wastewater by using Ag/g-C3N4 as a catalyst is realized.

The preparation method provided by the invention comprises preparation of bamboo biochar, preparation of the bamboo biochar with embedded CdSe quantum dots and preparation of Bi<12>TiO<20>. The specific steps are as follows: taking deionized water as a solvent and adding cadmium chloride, biochar and a stabilizer; performing stirring and adjusting the pH value of the solution; injecting a NaHSe precursor solution; introducing nitrogen gas; pouring the obtained solution into a three-mouth flask and performing heating; performing natural cooling; performing centrifugation, performing washing and drying to obtain the material of bamboo biochar with embedded CdSe quantum dots; soaking Bi<12>TiO<20> and the obtained material of bamboo biochar with embedded CdSe quantum dots into methanol; performing strong stirring; and performing drying to obtain the composite photocatalyst. The composite photocatalyst of the bamboo biochar with embedded CdSe quantum dots and Bi<12>TiO<20> prepared by the method provided by the invention can effectively use visible light to degrade tetracycline in antibiotic wastewater.
