The invention relates to a one-step forming fast precise die-casting automobile speed changing box, which comprises forming materials of various sinterable powder, including paraffin, plastics, low-melting-point metal powder or mixed powder thereof. The invention is characterized in that a layer of forming materials, i.e. heat-sensitive powder with the thickness between 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm is uniformly paved on a work table; an auxiliary heating device heats the forming materials to a temperature lower than the melting point, the powder layer is selectively irradiated by laser under the control of a computer so that the irradiated powder reaches the sintering temperature, and surface layer adhesion occurs between powder grains, so the powder grains are sintered together; and then, the work table is lowered down by the height of a layer, and a layer of powder is paved on the sintered layer, so the automobile speed changing box manufactured according to the design requirements is fast formed through sintering layer by layer, and then, water is introduced for cooling. Through the technical scheme, the automobile speed changing box with a complicated structure can be fast formed, the production cost is lower, the production rate is higher, at the same time, the operation is simple and convenient, and the production efficiency is improved.
