The invention discloses an automotive antifreezing
coolant, which comprises
antifreeze,
corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor,
mildew preventive, buffer, defoamerer and the like. The automotive antifreezing
coolant is characterized in that the automotive antifreezing
coolant contains 85 wt. percent to 98 wt. percent of liquid dihydric
alcohol, 0.1 wt. percent to 10 wt. percent of water, 0.01 wt. percent to 5.0 wt. percent of
azole compound, 0.01 wt. percent to 3.0 wt. percent of
silicate, 0.01 wt. percent to 0.1 wt. percent of
silicate stabilizer, 0.001 wt. percent to 3.0 wt. percent of
molybdate, 0.01 wt. percent to 0.5 wt. percent of buffer, 0.01 wt. percent to 0.005 wt. percent of
colourant, 0 wt. percent to 0.1 wt. percent of defoamerer, 0.1 wt. percent to 4 wt. percent of diethylene triaminepentaacetic acid pentasodium salt, 0.01 wt. percent to 5 wt. percent of polyepoxysuccinic
acid salt and 0 wt. percent to 3 wt. percent of
phosphonium salt. The automotive antifreezing coolant has the advantages of effective scale inhibition, long-acting sterilization,
mildew growth inhibition and water tank
system protection, each
metal corrosion index can meet requirement, and in particular,
electrochemical corrosion experiment data indicates that the automotive antifreezing coolant has a better anti-
corrosion effect on
cast iron, cast aluminum and
brass.
