The first direct expansion system comprises a first evaporator, the second direct expansion system comprises a second evaporator, and the third direct expansion system comprises a third evaporator and a third condenser, wherein the first evaporator, the second evaporator, the third evaporator, and the third condenser are sequentially disposed in the fresh air duct. The invention fully utilizes the ground source water, the return air energy and the reheat energy, and simultaneously the first evaporator replaces the water meter cooler, the secondary heat transfer energy loss is reduced, and the whole energy saving effect is obvious. At the same time, the invention is suitable for winter working condition and can heatfresh air.
