The process comprises the following steps: solar energy is gathered by a thermal collector to obtain heat energy, the heat energy is stored in heat storge medium; wind energy is converted to electric energy, the wind power is used to liquefy air and stored in the liquefied air; and when electricity is required, the liquefied air is pressurized to recycle cold energy for the air liquefying process, then the air is heated by the high temperature heat storge medium which stores solar energy to obtain high temperature and high pressure air, and finally the air is sent to a multistage reheating turbine to expand and do work. The system of the invention recycles the cold energy of the liquefied air to reduce the wasted work for air liquefying; a pump is used to increase the pressure of the working medium, thus reducing the wasted work for compressing the working medium; the turbine utilizes recycled heat for exhaustm, thus effectively utilizing heat energy; solar energy is utilized to heat the working medium at the inlet of the turbine, thus increasing the expansion efficiency of the turbine; and wind energy and solar energy can be utilized for complementation, energy storage and power generation can be integrated and the system of the invention has wide application prospect.

According to the present invention, there is provided a power generator that can generate power having a predetermined voltage and a predetermined current even though external energy is slight or excessively strong when generating power based on water power or wind power, the power generator comprising: a magnet rotor that rotates upon receiving rotating force from a driving source; and a stator coil arranged to face magnetic poles of the magnet rotor, the magnet rotor including: a rotary shaft rotatably and axially supported by a housing; and permanent magnets that form a plurality of magnetic poles on a concentric circle with the rotary shaft at the center. The stator coil includes: a plurality of coreless winding wires arranged to face the magnetic poles formed in the rotor; and a three-phase output terminal. Thus, the plurality of coreless winding wires are formed of effective output winding wires whose number is three or its multiple number, and they are connected with the output terminal through switching means so as to enable switching a total number of turns to a large or small value. This switching means is connected to controlling means in such a manner that the total number of turns is reduced when the rotating force from the driving source is large and the total number of turns is increased when the rotating force is small.

The invention solves the problems that the actual work condition of a photovoltaic system cannot be effectively monitored and controlled currently and the damaged battery plate cannot be found out by one-step positioning.

The electric-energy scheduling method comprises the following steps: (1) a profit function model of a power plant is established, and the profit of the power plant is equal to the solution of subtracting power generation cost from the electric charge from users; (2) the energy storage equipment is introduced into the power plant, stores electric energy when the power consumption is in a valley period and releases the electric energy when the power consumption is in a peak period, so that the power plant not only can generate power smoothly, but also can ensure the power demand of the users when the power consumption is in a peak period; (3) a utility function model of a user group is established and is equal to a result of subtracting the cost paid by power consumption (i.e., the electric charge needing to be paid) from the power-consumption satisfaction degree obtained by power consumption of the user group, while the electric charge needing to be paid by the users not only is related to the power consumption, but also is related to the fluctuation level of the total load; (4) a double-layer optimization algorithm is established, the power plant side adjusts and controls a load curve according to the response of the power demand of the user group, so that the profit of the power plant is maximized; the user group plans the power consumption plan of the users according to a power-consumption cost function provided by the power plant, so that the maximization of the whole happiness (i.e., subtract the paid electric charge from the power-consumption satisfaction degree) is achieved.

The solar overheater, the prime motor, the prime motor exhaust port, the working medium compression device, the air-cooling radiator, the liquid storage tank and the working medium booster pump are sequentially communicated with the geothermal evaporator; and the prime motor is respectively communicated with the working medium compression device and the air-cooling radiator through a three-way reversing valve. The invention has the advantages that a substance with a lowboiling point is used as a working medium for power and refrigeration circulation, the medium-temperature and low-temperature geothermal heat can be used as a heat source for evaporation of the working medium, solar energy is adopted as an overheating source for the working medium, and the geothermal evaporator is arranged in a downhole. The circulating working medium is delivered into the evaporator at the bottom of a geothermal well for evaporation to absorb heat of geothermal fluid, geothermal hot water needs not to be pumped to the surface, the evaporation temperature of the working medium can be increased, well backfilling can be eliminated, corrosion and scaling can be reduced, and the service life of the system can be prolonged. Moreover, the system has a simple and reasonable structure and good economical performance in heat for power generation.
