The stator coil includes: a plurality of coreless winding wires arranged to face the magnetic poles formed in the rotor; and a three-phase output terminal. Thus, the plurality of coreless winding wires are formed of effective output winding wires whose number is three or its multiple number, and they are connected with the output terminal through switching means so as to enable switching a total number of turns to a large or small value. This switching means is connected to controlling means in such a manner that the total number of turns is reduced when the rotating force from the driving source is large and the total number of turns is increased when the rotating force is small.

The ribs have a porous structure and water repellency. The water repellency of the ribs is set lower than that of an adjacent gas diffusion layer. The invention solves the problems that the actual work condition of a photovoltaic system cannot be effectively monitored and controlled currently and the damaged battery plate cannot be found out by one-step positioning.

The electric-energy scheduling method comprises the following steps: (1) a profit function model of a power plant is established, and the profit of the power plant is equal to the solution of subtracting power generation cost from the electric charge from users; (2) the energy storage equipment is introduced into the power plant, stores electric energy when the power consumption is in a valley period and releases the electric energy when the power consumption is in a peak period, so that the power plant not only can generate power smoothly, but also can ensure the power demand of the users when the power consumption is in a peak period; (3) a utility function model of a user group is established and is equal to a result of subtracting the cost paid by power consumption (i.e., the electric charge needing to be paid) from the power-consumption satisfaction degree obtained by power consumption of the user group, while the electric charge needing to be paid by the users not only is related to the power consumption, but also is related to the fluctuation level of the total load; (4) a double-layer optimization algorithm is established, the power plant side adjusts and controls a load curve according to the response of the power demand of the user group, so that the profit of the power plant is maximized; the user group plans the power consumption plan of the users according to a power-consumption cost function provided by the power plant, so that the maximization of the whole happiness (i.e., subtract the paid electric charge from the power-consumption satisfaction degree) is achieved.

A control unit calculates an integration value resulting from integration of the amount of an impurity other than a fuel gas at a hydrogen electrode, which varies in accordance with a gas pressure at the hydrogen electrode and the temperature of a fuel cell stack, when a hydrogen purge valve is set in a closed state and controls the hydrogen purge valve in an open state when the integration value becomes equal to or greater than a threshold value. The control unit calculates an integration value resulting from integration of a discharge gas flow rate from the hydrogen purge valve, which varies in accordance with the gas pressure at the hydrogen electrode and the temperature of the fuel gas, when the hydrogen purge valve is set in the open state and controls the hydrogen purge valve in the closed state when the integration value becomes equal to or greater than a threshold value. This makes it possible to eliminate impurities culminated in a fuel gas system, to ensure stable power generation over a wide range of operational load, and to minimize the amount of fuel discharge, thereby improving the efficiency of fuel usage.

A reformer includes: a reformer container in which a reforming chamber having a substantially annular space filled with a reforming catalyst is defined; a heater disposed substantially on a center axis of the reformer container; and a circular portion having a plurality of double-pipe structures each of which includes: a feed pipe connected to a first axial end of the reformer container for feeding the material gas to a first axial end of the reforming chamber; and a return pipe substantially coaxially fitted into the feed pipe such that its first end penetrates the reforming chamber and opens in a vicinity of a second axial end within the reforming chamber so as to allow the reformate generated by reforming the material gas to flow thereunto. The reformer provides an efficient and stable reforming treatment with a simplified structure.

Thermoelectric generator capable of effectively absorbing solar energy

The invention discloses a thermoelectric generator capable of effectively absorbing solar energy. A semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet assembly comprises an upper insulation heat-conduction plate I, a semiconductor thermoelectric device and a lower insulation heat-conduction plate II; the three are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; a carbon nano-particle film is attached to the upper surface of the upper insulation heat-conduction plate I; a cooling system is attached to the lower surface of the lower insulation heat-conduction plate II; and an insulation layer is arranged around the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet assembly. The device is simple in structure and small in volume; when the sun as a heat source irradiates the carbon nano-particle film, due to the rough micro-surface and carbon nano-particles of different particle diameters, sunlight is nearly absorbed by the carbon nano-particle film completely; a radiator rapidly dissipates heat on the lower surface of the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet assembly, so that a cold end is formed; after the cold and hot ends of the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet based on the seebeck effect form a temperature difference, thermoelectromotive force is generated; electric energy is stably output; furthermore, the investment cost is low; the service lifeis long; and electricity generation is steady.
