A water circulation loop is composed of a pool, a submerged pump, a flow meter, a water inlet tank, a parallel water pump machine set, a valve, a pipeline, an automatic regulating valve, a high cistern and the like; the simulation test device is provided with measure and control instruments, such as a pressure transducer, a toque-revolution speed transducer, a transducer, a virtual instrument, an electric control loop and the like. The invention is characterized in that the water inlet tank is arranged between the big pool and the parallel water pump machine set; water amount to the water inlet tank is simulated by controlling the revolution speed of a submerged pump in the pool; water consumption law is simulated with the method that the automatic regulating valve and the transducer provide two modes of throttling and speed change; the combination characteristics, pump characteristics, device characteristics, power characteristics of shafts with different revolution speeds and the like of the water pump machine set can be measured by virtual instrument technology; and the simulation test is performed to different scheduling models and operation control strategies so as to detect and compare the performance and energy saving effects of different models.
