An elastic saccule is transplanted in a target spinal cord segment of the vertebral canal of a macaque, a water injecting opening in the far end of the saccule is buried at a neighbouring subcutaneous position; normal saline of different volumes is injected in the saccule to manufacture macaque spinal cord injury models of different injury degrees. A method of using the saccule for pressing the vertebral canal of the macaque is adopted to construct the macaque spinal cord injury model of which the injury degree, the injury time interval and the injury position can be adjusted and controlled, so that the model construction effect is lasting, the injury is progressive, the injury degree behavior is visualized, trauma to the macaque is small, the lethality is low, and the method can be used for simulating and researching pathology injury mechanisms and treatment strategies of lesion of spinal cord trauma, intramedullary tumor / intradural-extramedullary tumor, intervertebral disk hernia, spinal cord congenital malformation, spinal cord infection and the like, and has important significance on preclinical test of various diseases.
