The invention discloses a preparation method of a
modified ultrafiltration membrane co-coated by utilizing
dopamine and functional CNTs (Carbon Nanotubes), belongs to the field of preparation of membrane materials and aims to solve the problems of membrane
pollution, low flux and the like existing in
ultrafiltration membrane running. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding an additive and a
polymeric membrane material into an
organic solvent, heating and uniformly stirring, and carrying out vacuum defoamation, thus obtaining a membrane
casting solution; uniformly scraping the membrane
casting solution to non-woven cloth, and entering a coagulation bath, thus obtaining an
ultrafiltration membrane; carboxylating CNTs, ultrasonically dispersing the CNTs in deionized water, and
coating the surface of the
ultrafiltration membrane with a dispersion solution by utilizing a vacuum
filtration way; then promoting
dopamine polymerization by utilizing a Fe<2+> /
persulfate oxidation
system, and firmly fixing the modified CNTs to the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane, thus realizing preparation of the
modified ultrafiltration membrane co-coated by the
dopamine and modified CNTs. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the adsorptivity, the
hydrophily and the antibacterial performance of the CNTs are well utilized, and the anti-
pollution property of the ultrafiltration membrane is greatly increased.
