The extra-grade palm olein is characterized in that: the iodine value is 68 to 72 g / 100g, the acid value is less than 0.2 mg / g, the oxidation value is less than 5.0 mnol / Kg, the freezing test time is more than 5.5 hours, the oleic acid mass content is 5o to 52 percent, and the trans fatty acid mass content is less than 0.5 percent.
