system of vanes of a
windmill generator and comprises an electronic digital two-point crane scale, a
signal cable and a computer; the electronic crane scale converts weight signals of the vanes into electric digital signals that are sent into the computer by the
signal cable, the computer processes the electric digital signals and displays processed results; the computer comprises the following components: a storing module that is used for storing parametric setting values of weight,
gravity center and static moment of the vanes, a
mathematical model for computing the weight,
gravity center and static moment of the vanes, weighing results, grouping suggestions and added weight values and parts; a
data acquisition module that is used for collecting data from the
signal cable in real time; a computing module that is used for computing
actual weight,
gravity center, static moment, added weight values and parts of the vanes; a deciding module that is used for comparing the
actual weight, gravity center and static moment of the vanes with the setting values, deciding whether the vanes are qualified, and posting the grouping or the weight adding suggestions; a display module that is used for displaying the
actual weight, gravity center position and static moment of the vanes, the decided results, the grouping suggestions, and the added
weight value and parts.
