The invention relates to an engine
piston temperature field remote measurement
system calibration testing stand comprising a
simulation device, a driving mechanism, a remote measurement
system, a heater and a temperature controller; the
simulation device comprises a cylinder sleeve, a cylinder cap and a
piston; the driving mechanism drives the
piston to move up and down in the cylinder sleeve; theremote measurement
system comprises a
thermocouple sensor, an emitter, an induction
stator, a remote measurement system cabinet and a temperature field
signal analysis system; the heater comprises anon-contact annular heating tube and a
high frequency heating unit; the temperature controller comprises a first
infrared probe and a
temperature control unit. The driving mechanism replaces an enginecrank link mechanism to drive the piston to make up-and-down motions, thus simulating real
relative motion conditions, and providing a
relative motion and installation environment for the piston temperature field remote measurement system; the
high frequency induction heater and the
infrared temperature controller can simulate a real engine temperature change scope, thus calibrating the measuringprecision of the remote measurement system, and verifying the sealing and anti-scurviness environment capability (such as high temperature) of the system.
