The color change indicating device further comprises a protective layer covering the surface of the indicating portion. The protective layer is formed by printing of the transparent ink. The transparent ink is prepared from an electron donor material, a binding agent, a photocatalysis material and a solvent. The electron donor material is selected from at least one of disodium edetate dehydrate, triethanolamine, glucose, fructose, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerol, trihydroxy hexane and citric acid. The binding agent is prepared from at least one of gelatin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide and polymethyl methacrylate. The photocatalysis material is at least one of nanometer titania, nanometer strontium titanate, nanometer stannic oxide, nanometer tungsten oxide and nanometer zinc oxide. The pH value of the transparent ink is the same as that of the indicating ink. The color change indicating device can effectively prevent deviation of the pH value of the indicating portion.

The concentrated juice prepared by the method is fragrant and strong, can well retain nutritional ingredients and taste of the juice, and is stable in quality, simple and convenient in technological process and operation and low in investment and operation cost.
