Two different enzymes including glucosidic bond hydrolase and phosphate ester bond hydrolase and three corresponding different enzyme substrates can be used for simultaneously carrying out parallel detection on the same sample by three different detection principle-based methods including a fluorescence detection method, a colorimetricdetection method and an ATP detection method, so that a false positive result and a false negative result can be avoided, the detection result is more credible, and the detection kit and detection method can be used for rapid determination of the telomerase activity and determination of single cell level.
