The manufacture method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of stable production and low production cost, and can meet the requirement for high-quality electrolytic thin substrate in the food package industry.

According to the device, the height of the whole body can be adjusted conveniently through a telescopic support rod, the driving gear is driven by the motor to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the driven gear drives the pedal to rotate through the driving gear, and then a user can stamp different parts on the pedal, and it is guaranteed that the roughness of the surface of the pedal is uniform.
