According to the present invention, 18-28 wt% of recycled rubber (EPDM-based or NR-based), 6-15 wt% of softener (paraffin oil or aromatic oil), 14-24 wt% of tackifier (polybutene or PVA-based tackifier), 40-60 wt% of filler (talc, calcium bicarbonate, or cement), and 2-6 wt% of SBS-based thermoplastic resin are mechanically forcibly mixed.
