The invention discloses a
safety valve for low-temperature and low-pressure working conditions. The
safety valve comprises a valve body, a
valve seat, a diaphragm, a valve clack, a spring and an upper spring seat, the valve body is of a cavity structure with the two ends being
solid parts and the middle being hollow, one end of the
valve seat is connected with the
solid parts of the valve body, the other end of the
valve seat is in contact with one end of the diaphragm, the other end of the diaphragm is fixedly connected with the valve clack, the spring is arranged at the end, away from the diaphragm, of the valve clack, and the spring is arranged between the valve clack and the upper spring seat. When a
system pressure reaches the set pressure, the valve clack drives the spring to move towards the side away from the valve body, the diaphragm is separated from the valve body, sealing of the cavity structure is relieved, and therefore a medium is discharged from an outlet of the valve body. When the
system pressure is reduced to a return pressure, the valve clack drives the spring to move towards one side of the valve body, and the diaphragm makes contact with the valve body so as to seal the outlet of the valve body. The purpose that the whole valve is free of leakage under the low-temperature and low-pressure working conditions can be achieved.
