The invention overcomes the defects existing in the construction of the prior generic resource database, such as separation among different individual plants of the variety and impurity on the DNA level, the reliability and accuracy of the Chinese asparagus bean ISSR fingerprint data base constructed by the method are greatly improved, and the planting varieties of the Chinese asparagus bean can be effectively and conveniently identified and distinguished.
