The invention further provides microemulsion containing the composition with effects of reducing fat and thinning body. The microemulsion is prepared from natural herbal extract, cannot generate adverse side effect on human bodies, the synergistic effect among components can be greatly improved due to the specific mass ratio of the oolong leaf extract, fennel extract and coix seed extract, and the fat reducing effect of the product can be improved.

The invention provides brevundimonas aurantiaca D3 which is now stored in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center of China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms, and the registration number of the preservation center is CGMCC No.17101. D3 has high nitrogenase activity, has a significant inhibitory effect on fusarium oxysporum, and has high tolerance to extracts of Baitiao codonopsis pilosula. A D3 bacterial solution or a microbial agent with D3 as the core strain can be used as exclusive azotobacter fertilizer of the Baitiao codonopsis pilosula, and can further be used for preventing and controlling root rot of the Baitiao codonopsis pilosula caused by the fusarium oxysporum.
