The non-toxic environment-friendly solvent type double-layer nanofiber skin dressing comprises a drug-loaded hydrophilic repair natural polymer fiber layer and a waterproof and breathable synthetic polymer fiber layer, and is prepared by adopting a non-toxicenvironment-friendly solvent system through an electrostatic spinning technology layer by layer. The preparation method comprises the steps that a natural polymer and a drug are dissolved in a non-toxic environment-friendly solvent, and a cross-linking agent is added; a synthetic polymer is dissolved in the non-toxic environment-friendly solvent, and a water repellent agent is added; and a naturalpolymer solution and a synthetic polymer solution are placed in an injection syringe, and an electrostatic spinning device is adopted for spinning to prepare a double-layer fiber membrane. The double-layer nanofiber skin dressing prepared through the preparation method does not contain a toxic solvent, and does not generating toxic and side effects on open wounds when serving as the dressing; andthe double-layer nanofiber skin dressing has waterproof and breathable performance, is good in cytocompatibility, can promote wound healing of rats with skin damages, and has the huge application prospects in the field of skin dressings.

Waterproof, breathable, high-elastic and self-repairing double-layer nanofiber membrane for skin dressing and preparation method of nanofiber membrane

The invention relates to a waterproof, breathable, high-elastic and self-repairing double-layer nanofiber membrane for skin dressing and a preparation method of the nanofiber membrane. The preparationmethod comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out electrostatic spinning on a precursor spinning solution I consisting of a synthetic polymer solution, an alcohol-soluble hydrophobic agent,an environment-friendly cross-linking agent and a functional drug to prepare a hydrophobic fiber membrane; then carrying out electrostatic spinning on a precursor spinning solution II consisting of anatural polymer solution, a catechol-based molecular solution and anhydrous ferric trichloride powder, and receiving the obtained material on the hydrophobic fiber membrane to prepare a composite fiber membrane; and finally carrying out aftertreatment on the composite fiber membrane to obtain the nanofiber membrane. The water pressure resistance of the prepared double-layer nanofiber membrane is5-50kPa, the air permeability is 5-15kg/m<2>/d, the elastic modulus is 5-15MPa, the tensile strength and elongation at break of a self-repaired fiber membrane are 50-90% of an initial fiber membrane,and the adhesion and comfort of a wound surface can be guaranteed while the healing promoting capability of the dressing is improved.

The three-dimensional printing and negative-pressure flushing combining integrated skin dressing comprises a biological semitransparent film, a medical sponge, a three-dimensional screen cloth layer and a biological scaffold layer which are arranged from outside to inside, wherein the biological scaffold layer is made from a bio-active glass/chitosan/silk fibroin composite scaffold material; and the bio-active glass/chitosan/silk fibroin composite scaffold material is prepared from the following raw materials: nano-scale bio-active glass NBG, a silk fibroin concentrated water solution and water-soluble chitosan that a degree of deacetylation DAC is greater than or equal to 85%. The three-dimensional printing and negative-pressure flushing combining integrated skin dressing provided by the invention is cheap in raw materials, simple inpreparation process, capable of easily regulating and controlling structural performances and a degradation rate, easy for standardization of quality and conducive to implementation of large-scale production; the skin dressing can effectively replace partial skin flaps, so as to complete repair of a full-thickness skin defect wound surface with high quality.
